AuthoraCare Collective is a Level 5 We Honor Veterans provider on both of our campuses, in Greensboro and Burlington. Our mission is to empower people to be active participants in their care journey, enabling them to live on their own terms through personalized support for mind, body, and spirit. We are a regional leader in critical illness care including palliative care, hospice, grief and mental health support, dementia care, Kids Path for children experiencing grief or illness, advanced care planning, home-based medical care, veteran-centric care, and community education.
Our reach extends across thirteen (13) counties: Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Davidson, Davie, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Orange, Person, Randolph, Rockingham, and Stokes. We are especially supportive of programs for seniors, congregational nurse programs, and any wellness or health programs within the community.
