The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Centers serve adults in need of substance use disorder treatment and psychiatric stabilization. They offer an array of specialized programs to meet the complex needs of their population, including statewide perinatal treatment, opioid treatment, and evidence-based treatment for trauma survivors and veterans. The ADATCs are specifically designed to provide short-term, medically monitored detoxification/crisis stabilization to prepare adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders for ongoing community-based recovery services.
