Focused Addiction Recovery (FAR) is a Substance Abuse (SA) / Substance Use Disorder (SUD) outpatient clinical treatment center. We treat addictions for all substances, including drugs and alcohol. At the client’s option, we can also provide supportive housing during treatment.

FAR is located in Duplin County, North Carolina, right off I40 – about 45 miles west of Wilmington and 90 miles east of Raleigh. We serve all counties in North Carolina, and we accept clients from across the United States.
