Focused Addiction Recovery (FAR) is a Substance Abuse (SA) / Substance Use Disorder (SUD) outpatient clinical treatment center. We treat addictions for all substances, including drugs and alcohol. At the client’s option, we can also provide supportive housing during treatment.

FAR is located in Duplin County, North Carolina, right off I40 – about 45 miles west of Wilmington and 90 miles east of Raleigh. We serve all counties in North Carolina, and we accept clients from across the United States.

Details

We offer 30/ 60/90-day and up to 12-month programs for SACOT /PHP, SAIOP/ IOP, and OP plus MAT and DUI for males and females 18 YO +.  Services can generally be provided in-person or virtually. In addition to clinical treatment for addiction, we provide basic medical services and mental health / psychiatric services on-site. Peer Support Services are also provided in order to help our clients get their lives back on track. We accept Tricare, most Medicaid plans, commercial insurance, and self-pay clients.
